Your website stays looked after and stays yours.

Care is optional and separate from the website project. You know in advance what is included and what is quoted separately.

Your website sits on a managed environment. Certificates keep renewing, availability is monitored, and backups run to schedule.

Backups are also restored. A backup that has never been tested is not a backup. Email mailboxes are not included; they stay with your provider.

What was built keeps running: updates are applied, faults fixed within the agreed scope, security and load time checked regularly.

New features are not covered. The line runs where maintenance turns into development. That gets its own fixed price up front.

We check regularly whether your pages are still indexed, whether technical faults are hurting findability, and whether the fundamentals stay clean.

This monitors the foundation; it is not ongoing search engine management. Content work, campaigns and ranking targets are a separate project.

A named contact and small changes within the package.

You write to one address and reach the person who built your website. No ticket system, no hold queue. Agreed response times apply to every report.

Small changes mean text, images, opening hours, prices. How many are included per month is set out in the support agreement. Anything beyond that is quoted in advance.

Domain, content, website and the relevant access credentials stay with the client. If you change agency, the agreed project files and credentials are handed over.

Not included: redesigns, new features, portals or shop logic, additional pages with their own concept, photo and video production, and ongoing advertising or content work. Each of those gets a separate fixed price up front.

What does a website from Pixelkiez cost?

We name the binding fixed price after the diagnosis. It depends on scope and system depth, with no hidden items. Request it through the contact form and you will have it within one working day.

Does Pixelkiez offer paid advertising management?

No. Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Instagram/Meta Ads), social media community management, branding as a standalone service, native app development and bespoke automation pipelines are not part of the portfolio.

Which companies does Pixelkiez work for?

For mid-sized companies, whatever the industry. What matters is not the line of business but that the website has to carry enquiries, appointments or applications. The office is in Berlin, projects are delivered across Germany.

Do I own the website after the project?

Yes. Ownership of the website lies entirely with the client, including handover with training and documentation.
